CLIENT POLICY
While we are fully dedicated to our clients, and work to provide the highest level of expertise possible, it
is important that we get a level of devotedness from our clients, to make our working together easy and
jolly.
Hence, the following policies are to be read, understood and honored to help get the best of our
delivery.
1. Appointment Policy : Clients are required to keep to scheduled appointments for consultations, fittings, styling, pickup and
any other services.
- Clients must arrive punctually for their scheduled appointments. Any delays should be communicated
in advance.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling : A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Design Process and Feedback : Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the design process by providing clear and constructive
feedback. Any changes or modifications to designs should be communicated promptly to ensure timely
completion. Feedback on style alteration will not be sustained after the first fitting.
4. Timelines and Deadlines :
Clients should adhere to agreed-upon timelines for fittings, fabric selections, and final delivery.
- Delays in providing feedback or approvals may impact project timelines and delivery dates.
5. Payment Terms :
A deposit of 75% by brides alone and balance is due at first fitting (physical or virtual). For bespoke and other dresses, payment must be made in full. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and schedule.
6: No Refund Policy : At Be Chiq, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made garments. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once an order has been placed and payment has been made.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy : All client information, including personal preferences and measurements, will be kept confidential and
used solely for the purpose of providing services. Designs and discussions will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
8. Respect and Professionalism :
Clients and the designer are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Any disputes or concerns should be addressed through open and respectful communication.
9. Quality Assurance : Every effort will be made to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and service.
- If there are any concerns or issues with the final product, clients are encouraged to communicate them
promptly for resolution.
10. Amendments and Updates : This policy and code of conduct may be revised as necessary to reflect changes in business practices or
client needs.
- Clients will be notified of any updates in advance.
11. Styling : Clients are required to pay a fee for styling. The following are the rate for our styling services
* Styling in Benin by any designer within the company - N50,000
* Styling in Benin by Creative lead - N120,000
* Styling outside Benin - N300,000 excluding accommodation and transportation
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above policy
12. After a conclusion has been reached post consultation, any alteration to earlier agreed on design will incur further charges.
13. Peradventure there is a change in your event date, please, promptly communicate it to us to allow us adjust our timelines to fit your new schedule.
14. Kindly be aware that we do not replicate exact designs from other designers including our previous works.
POLICY
Exchanges & Returns
1. We only offer size or color exchanges.
2. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, tags intact, free from tains/scents, and in original packaging
3. We do not offer refunds. However, store credit may be issued ed under specific condition.
Timeframe for Exchanges
We understand that the outfit may not always be perfect. You have 24hours from the time of delivery to notify us if you’ll like to initiate an exchange. Kindly reach out via email at Bechiqltd@gmail.com or send us a message on WhatsApp 08155009221
Conditions for Exchanges
1. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, tags intact, no stains or scents and in their original packaging
2. Exchanges are subject to the availability of your requested size or color. If unavailable, store credit may be issued Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is require
3. Returns outside the 24-hour window will not be accepted. 72hrs for outside Benin. 10 days after date of delivery outside Nigeria.
Damages or Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you recieve a defective, damaged, or incorect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement (Delivery at no cost to you)
Non-returnable Items
1. We do not accept returns on the following:
Intimates (e.g bodysuits, etc.)
2. Worn or washed items
3. Items bought on sale
4. Items without original tags/packaging
5. Stained or Scented Items (Perfume, makeup, deodorant, food stains, etc.)
6. Items Returned after the 24/48 hours window
Refunds
Refunds are not available. However, store credit may be issued at our discretion for eligible cases.
Return Shipping Responsibility
1. The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange or refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2. Items purchased/picked up and/or fitted in store cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
3. Items bought online cannot be swapped for items in store.
CHARGES:
* We do not offer shipping labels which means that the customer is responsible for sending the item/s back to us
* In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required
* The re-delivery fee is the same cost as the initial shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered
